what is logsout in simulink and how i can turn it to simout?

i just recieved simulink model from another office.

after run simulation, there is some signals tied in logsout in the workspace

but i can't understand how signals came from. because there is only scope, no to workspace block.

why these signals come? and how i can turn it to sim.out?

Do you happen to see the WiFi-like icons (, logging badge is the official terminology) in the model? Simulink allows saving signals by signal logging. See the doc below for more details.

i found Wi-fi icons but i cannot enter configuration parameters toolbox.

Can you notice me where the tool box is?

It's not a toolbox, but it's a configuration window. Press "Ctrl + E" in Simulink canvas.
