How can i differentiate circular shape with non circle shape?

Hi im new in programming and are not in the engineering field. I would like to do an analysis shape where i want to differentiate between two shapes by using circular technique. i wanted to say that the second shape are not a circle. when im using the circularity , it was detected as round. please correct me if im wrong.
