Simlink/Simscape onrampが起動できない

R2023b環境にて、MATLAB経由でSimlink/Simscapeを起動しようとすると添付エラーとなり、起動できません。
エラー詳細が表示されない状態ですが、考え得る起動できない原因はどのようなものがあるでしょうか？

考え得る起動できない原因として「プロキシサーバに邪魔されている」に1票を投じます。
回避策として「MATLAB Onlineを使ってコースを受講する」手段があります。
(但し、MATLAB Online の Simulink/Simscape が無茶苦茶おｓｓｹﾞﾌﾝｹﾞﾌﾝ... 失礼しました何でもありません。
ネットワークやPCが充実した環境であれば、MATLAB Onlineを使ったコース受講もスムースに進むと思います)
