Matlab startup very slow

Hello everyone. I've been trying to understand why my Matlab is so slow when it starts. These are my startup times:
I've extensively searched the topic in other similar questions, but none of the solutions I tried seemed to help me. This has been a problem for quite a while, with previous versions of Matlab also. Recently, I updated Matlab to 2023b.
