How to interpret these MATLAB figures (Delay Doppler figures) ?

I have generated figures of ambiguity function delay doppler but i don't understand how to interpret them. Please explain the meaning of these following three figures. I have simulated radar returns. There are three targets and delay doppler figure is generated using the radar return signals.

Following three figures are of different radar signals. I need to figure out the difference between the three and which one gives good results. Please guide me.
