Can't open installation

I have install MATLAB in my computer, however I can't open the program, all the files are in Programes FIles\MATLAB\R2023b but there is no application icon in the files, so I can't open MATLAB

No Icon on desktop or in the Start menu?
It should come up when you search for it in the Start menu.
