Hi Ravi,

It is my understanding that you are having trouble in Ncorr installation and facing the error “Files did not compile properly”.

This error occurs if the compilation process in Ncorr installation is not followed properly. To solve the error, first check if MEX is setup properly and try to install Ncorr without OpenMP. If compilation still fails, then you may need to complete the installation manually. To perform manual installation, you need to:

• Compile all the corresponding MEX files.
• Create the "ncorr_installinfo.txt" file which contains information about multicore support.
