MATLAB 2023b update (to update7) stuck at 78%

MATLAB 2023b update (to update7) stuck at 78%. Already sits at 78% for three hours. Cannot cancel. Preparing updates green at 100%. Downloading updates green at 100%. Any ideas how to push it through?

Ok, finished after about 5hrs. Not good...

Hmm. Could you please locate the update installation log file and send it to Technical Support so they can investigate where the update process got stuck? It shouldn't have taken 5 hours to install the update; I just performed the update on my release R2023b installation (which admittedly doesn't have all products installed) and it took less than 3 minutes from start to finish.
