How to plot multiple saved figures as .fig into a single figure?

I have save figures from analysis I did for different data sets. I had 22 graphs saved as .fig file in one of the folders. I want to plot them in 11 by 2 subplot. Could anyone help in this regard.

But there is one problem though my figures saved are already in the subplot(2,1) format when I use the code it only plots the second row from both figures
