You need to ask more specific questions really. What part do you not understand? How to create the signal? How to run the FFT? How to do the sum or cosine?

If you don't know how to do any of it I suggest you start from the Matlab documentation with getting started type tutorials. If you do know how to do some of it then show that you have made some effort and ask questions specifically about the bits you are struggling with.
