This sounds like a homework assignment. If it is, show us the code you've written to try to solve the problem and ask a specific question about where you're having difficulty and we may be able to provide some guidance.
If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with how to write MATLAB code, I suggest you start with the free MATLAB Onramp tutorial to quickly learn the essentials of MATLAB.
If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with the mathematics you'll need to solve the problem, I recommend asking your professor and/or teaching assistant for help.

Hi Aljohara,
I understand that you are facing an issue in computing various matrix operations in MATLAB, including the determinant of a matrix (A), the inverse of (A), the square of (A), the transpose of (A).
Please follow the below code sample to proceed further,
% Define matrix
A = [1 2; 3 4];
detA = det(A);
A_inv = inv(A);
A_squared = A^2;
A_transpose = A';
I hope this helps!

@SAI SRUJAN, Please don't do obvious homework questions on Answers, when no effort has been shown. This does not help the student, who learns nothing more than to post all of their homework problems on the site, hoping they will find someone willing to do their thinking and work for them. Worse that that, it convinces the next student who comes along to do the same.
If you want to help, then find a way to push the student in the right direction. But posting a complete solution does far more harm than good.
