If you're trying to use a campus-wide license provided by your university, make sure you have a MathWorks Account using your university email address and click Get MATLAB on this page. If that doesn't work, please contact your university's IT department (whoever you contact for help with your computer systems.) They should be able to tell you how to access the license provided by the university. If all else fails, contact MathWorks Support using the link on the page I linked to above.
