How to import a MOSFET model from manufacturer into simulink ?

i am facing problems to import a SiC MOSFET model from wolfspeed manufacturers webssite as it supports only Spice model files, any idea as to how i can import into simulink?

You can convert a SPICE subcircuitso it becomce a Simscape Electrical component. Would this help?
