While attempting to install MATLAB on a second system using the same license, I get the error: "Information needed to identify your computer is missing or invalid." The need is for the customer to be able to access MATLAB on both her classified and unclassified systems. This error is blocking us. Any advice is appreciated.

Please contact Customer Service directly using this link for help with setting up a license to run on both the classified and unclassified systems.
