The simscape model keeps showing an error between 2 components of my model , saying the part is rigid and it keeps asking to port between 2 bodies as there's no joint. Help please

Hello @ryan

I understand that you are trying to use rigid bodies in Simscape model, and I assume that you have connected multiple rigid components via links, visually able to see components connected but not able to produce desired motion/interaction between multibody.

When we attach components with lines, they get rigidly connected. But to move them or to get motion in between them, we are required to add joint of desired action on the line. You can refer to below tutorial video for better understanding on ‘rigidbody’ and ‘joints’ in Simspace multibody:
