Matlab generate a fatal error on certain files that I work on, not them all.
How am I able to understand the source of the error from this crash dump file?
The error is generated in a Linux ssh server.

Hi Marco,
Apprehending the error from stack trace can be difficult, however seeing when the program throws an error and moves on to abort can give us some idea of the root of the error.
Here upon seeing I understand you are working with the HDF5 library, and it seems to me, the last call in this instance was to some memory management functions, within this library (H5MM_xfree). This could indicate that the fault occurred duse to some dynamic memory management logic.
Please verify upon your program, and make sure, your data (if provided) is always valid. You can try finding patterns or differences between the files on which MATLAB crashes and on the ones which it works fine.
Hope this provides some insight. If this doesn't work, I would suggest reaching out to Mathworks Technical Support for better help.
