Install FMU Builder offline

So I am using r2023b, and I am trying to install the FMU Builder add-on on a computer with a firewall that cannot be disabled (so no connection available with the Mathworks site). I am trying to find an offline installer of the FMU Builder add-on for R2023b.

The installer found in the previous link will only launch an online installation, being blocked by the firewall, which, once again cannot be disabled.

Is there any way to have access to a full offline installer?

To install Support Packages and Optional Features like the 'FMU Builder' add-on on a computer that is offline or that is behind a Proxy/Firewall, you will need to use the stand-alone downloader on a computer that has internet access to download the necessary files. After downloading, you can transfer these files to the offline computer for installation.
