I use Simulink and Trucksim for co-simulation. Sometimes it works well, but sometimes it keeps reporting errors, indicating that the model in Trucksim is unstable. However, running the simulation alone in Trucksim can proceed normally

In my experience, 50% of such issues relate to unsupported release/version combinations. I suppose you are not the author of the cosimulation (I suppose a C-MEX S-Function)? Can you ask the authors about the supported release/version combinations?
