I am struggling alot with this noise at the output, please help me.

Here i have attached my Excel file and i need to find the output for the column of 7(i.e, flow2 in excel file) and column 11( i.e, total flow in excel file). i have finded the output result and i have attached the image file, but i need without disturbances, i am getting lot of disturbances, i need a exact values for further calculations, i mean exact values in the sense without noise in the graph i need. please help me friends.
