Ray Tracing implementation for indoor scenario

Hello All,
I wonder if one could get back to me .
I want to implement the ray tracing concept for indoor wireless scenario. But clueless that how to initiate. I want to transmit signal to Receiver with some reflectors and diffraction due to roughness on walls. How to implement the ray tracing concepts? I need to check the power and delay profile for the same.
Any hint or detailed help is appreciated.

Have you found any solution to your question?
I'm curious about that because currently I am working on a similar simulation based on matlab. I've tried using wireless insite but it failed to meet the requirement because although it can provide a simulation scenario but it can not provide the change of receiver's signal with time.

Hi Ranjan and Wei, Recent MATLAB releases provide built-in ray tracing for indoor wireless scenarios. Define the room as an STL or glTF scene, create Cartesian transmitter and receiver sites, and use the shooting-and-bouncing-rays model:

AntennaPosition=[-1.5; -1.5; 2.1], TransmitterFrequency=fc);
rx = rxsite("cartesian", AntennaPosition=[0.3; 0.3; 0.85]);

show(rx,ShowAntennaHeight=false)
pm = propagationModel("raytracing", CoordinateSystem="cartesian", Method="sbr", MaxNumReflections=2, ...
MaxNumDiffractions=1, SurfaceMaterial="concrete");
rays = raytrace(tx,rx,pm);
rays = rays{1,1};
plot(rays)
The propagation delay and path loss of each ray can then be obtained with:
delay = [rays.PropagationDistance] / physconst("lightspeed");
pathLoss = [rays.PathLoss];
To build and visualize a channel power-delay profile:
rtChan = comm.RayTracingChannel(rays,tx,rx);
showProfile(rtChan)
The current model supports line-of-sight paths, surface reflections, and edge diffraction. It does not currently model diffuse scattering caused by rough walls, refraction, or corner/vertex diffraction.
