S-function for device drivers

Hello,

I want to write a s-function for ADC and DAC of ADSP-BF537 EZ-KIT Blackfin board, that requires to use interrupt routines. But I do not know how to incorporate the interrupt service routines in to the C MEX s-function or where to place the interrupt service routines if I use the S-function builder. Could anyone tell me what I have to do?
