Is there any way to run mexmaci64 file in Windows 10?

Hello, I downloaded some codes that will be useful for me from a university website, but two functions used in the code have the mexmaci64 extension. Can I use these on Windows? Unfortunately, I cannot compile the codes.

No can do...those will have been generated for the Apple Mac and are not binary compatible even if you could mung the naming convention and not get caught out when trying to load.

Your only hope would be that the given university would be willing to either share the source code so you could recompile or would recompile on a Windows platform and also distribute those mex files.
