Where can I find Adaptive Control toolbox?

The MATLAB I have installed do not contain Adaptive control toolbox. Please help me to find a solution.

I registered me one week ago at the homepage, but I don't get an answer until now.
Is it possible to get the Software directly from Mathworks?
