how to calculate angle between 2 lines

I have end points for 2 lines in 3d geometry,i.e., each point has x,y,z cordinates. i need to find angle between these 2 lines. Similarly i,ve 60 such points in a excel sheet i need to calculate angles for all these 60 points and write back the result into an excel sheet.
