when I move the plot, the text is not displayed outside the plot itself

The issue I'm facing is that when I move the plot, the channel numbers remain visible below the plot. I would like that when I move the plot, the text is not displayed outside the plot itself. Could someone help me?

When you create the text labels, set clipping to on.

text(___,'Clipping','on')
