Dear Community Site
Please tell me why there is a big difference between the results of spice simulator and simulink.
Specifically, when I simulate the switching characteristics of a FET in the double-pulse test circuit shown in Fig. 1, I can see a waveform like a large damped oscillation during switching as shown in Fig. 2.
I also performed simulation using the spice simulator (simetrix) as shown in Fig. 3, but as shown in Fig. 4, no large damped oscillation can be confirmed.
My assumed result is the result of the spice simulator (SIMetrix).
Perhaps there is something wrong with the settings in simulink, but I don't know what caused this result.
Also, there is no error in simulink, but there is a warning.
Warning: The off conductance of the fetswitch/IMBG120R3 diode must be less than the on-state conductance derived for small forward voltage.
Warning: At time 0.000000e+00, one or more assertions are triggered. the tabular drain-source current, Ids(Vgs,Vds,T), results in a current of the Consider changing the data in tabular form to ensure that all operating points are included in the data and that the sign of the current and voltage match. Current is clipped to zero.
I am attaching the simulink .slx and .mat files.
Please tell me why there is a big difference between the results in the spice simulator and simulink.
