I translated the error message in your screenshot. It says that access is denied due to insufficient write permissions to the directory D:\. The popup and translated error message are similar to those described in this post.

It looks like you are using Windows. So, I recommend running MATLAB as an administrator when installing the Add-On. To do this, right-click the MATLAB shortcut and select Run as administrator. This will give MATLAB the necessary permissions to complete the installation and should resolve the issue.

Another option is to change the installation folder to a location where you have write permissions. To change the default installation folder, on the Home tab, in the Environment section, select Preferences > MATLAB > Add-Ons. Then, in the Installation Folder field, specify a folder name to which you have write access.

If neither of these solutions works, check if your antivirus or firewall software is blocking MATLAB from writing to the directory. Try temporarily disabling them and attempt the installation again.
