Magic Tire parameters not affecting the simulation.

I am working on Magic tire MBD block(Magic Formula Tire Force and Torque Block) available in simsacpe multibody library.I have .tir file of Magic tire.I am extracting the parameters of .tir file using command simscape.multibody.tirread('Tire_245_60_R16.tir').I am using all these extracted parameters in magic tire block.

I have made all connection as per demo model of Magic tire (Vehicle Dynamics - Car with Heave and Roll) available in the help section. To verify tire properties I was running one of the test case available in our workflow i.e Radial Deflection test case

I have added some weight at the centre of tire and I am dropping the tire from some height but the tire is continuously bouncing on the terrain, and the bouncing is not being damped out.Although I change vertical damping of tire but that doesn't make any difference in the tire simulation.We tried changing other parameters also but there is no effect of any paramaeter on magic tire block.

Why vertical damping available in .tir file is not used by Magic tire block?

Should I use separate custom block for force calculation of magic tire?
