Using Simscape, how can I orientate the Aerodynamic Propeller block to produce the thrust on an orthogonal axis? I am to model a Twin Rotor Multi-input Multi-output system where I use two aerodynamic propeller blocks, producing thrust orthogonally

Simscape and Simscape Driveline is one dimensional, so I don't think it's possible to do what you want when staying in them. You'll most likely need to use Simscape Multibody.

Hi Kamarl,
I agree with Yifeng’s comment. I expect that using Simscape Multibody along with Simscape Driveline may help you achieve your goal. Here is a Multibody example that may be relevant: https://www.mathworks.com/help/sm/ug/quadcopter.html
Aerodynamic Propeller blocks can be added in the middle of this kind of Multibody model to supplement the rotor dynamics. Here is a MATLAB Answers post regarding how to interface Multibody and Driveline: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1719060-integrate-simscape-driveline-with-simscape-multibody
Hope this helps,
Kwon
