Polyspace Web, "too many clients already" error occurs

I am using the Polyspace Web version. Sometimes, I see the "too many clients already" (admin DB Log) message and can't connect.

It seems like the issue is with the internal DB pool, but since this is a solution, it's difficult to access the DB.

Is there a way to fix this? (Since I can't log in to the website, I am currently only handling it by restarting.)

Hello,

It seems like there are many users connecting to Polyspace Access, which might be causing this issue. If this happens regularly, you can work around it by increasing the maximum number of connections.
