Download and installation issues

Hello all, I recently tried to download and log in to MATLAB, but received the following message, and when logging in, the system prompted: ‘The information you provided cannot be processed because our system has encountered a problem. Please try again later.’ How can I resolve this issue? And when will it be fixed?
