How can I find the Link Budget Analyzer app for terrestrial cellular networks (5G) in MATLAB?

I need to locate the Link Budget Analyzer app for terrestrial cellular networks (5G) in MATLAB; however, I only see the Satellite Link Budget Analyzer app.
