Machine Learning Onramp, module 3.1, task 1: Extract letter features

Hi,

I cannot go pass the 1st task in module 3.1. Even if I copy the answer from the "See Solution" section, I still get an "Incorrect" error when I try to Submit, see the screentshot below.

Any help is appreciated!

I tried to replicate it but I am able to pass the task without any issues. Also, if I try to set the wrong value for the variable then upon trying to submit I get more information on what is wrong with the solution as shown in the screenshot below:

Could you try refreshing the browser or closing the training all together and restarting from the first for this module?

Eventually I had to clear the cache and cookies and then it worked again.

If clearing the browser cache is not an option, a simple workaround is to use a incognito/private window in your browser, or use an entirely different browser altogether.

I shared this internally. They have identified an issue due to the browser caching old files (all courses just moved to R2025a). The recommended workaround is to clear your browser's cache and cookies.

As suggested, other workarounds include using a private/incognito window, or using a different browser.

Also, please make sure your browser is supported and up-to-date. MathWorks recommends using Chrome.
