I try to get the add-on BEAR into MATLAB but I receive the error message "Community-authored Add-Ons are temporarily unavailable". Is this really a temporary problem or something else?

That's exactly what it says: "Community-authored Add-Ons are temporarily unavailable"
Was this something you found though the Add-Ons tool ribbon button?

Hey Hans,
I see you are facing temporary issues when you tried to install BEAR from Add-on Explorer. I have tried doing the same but couldn’t reproduce the error you are facing since it is a temporary issue. However, you can try the following workaround to install the toolbox from the File Exchange.
  1. Access the File Exchange folder of BEAR toolbox at https://in.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/103370-bear
  2. Download the toolbox to the desired location using the “Download” button on the right side.
  3. Use the following command to install the toolbox from the “.mltbx” file downloaded.
matlab.addons.install('C:\path\to\BEAR.toolbox.mltbx')
This should install the desired toolbox without any error.
Hope this helps!
