Independe on whether you plan on contacting MathWorks Support or get help here, a bit structure is always helpful. Release information is included here, but what about the operating system?

I do not understand what bit structures have to do with the question ???

I agree my wording was confusing. What I meant to say is "providing structured information is important for asking good questions". And in this case the OS information is missing.

Try doing what it says in the FAQ: https://matlab.fandom.com/wiki/FAQ#After_installation,_MATLAB_crashes_or_gives_an_error_message_when_I_try_to_run_MATLAB.

It's FAQ question number 16.3. The link sends you right there, at least it should.
This is what it says:
"The causes for crashes are many and complex, and complicated to figure out, especially if you don't have access to the source code. This is why it's best for The Mathworks to work on your crash issue. Asking other users in the Answers forum may provide an answer but the chances are slim. Your best bet is to call The Mathworks at (508)647-7000 and explain to them the circumstances for your crash. The Mathworks gives free support for all installation problems, even by telephone and even for Student, Home, or Trial versions. Note, this is just if MATLAB itself crashes, not if it's your m-file throwing an error (red text in the command window) or a DLL or mex file causing the crash. "
If you can't call the main US number, go to the contact us page and call the distributor in your local region. See the bottom of this page: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html?s_tid=hp_ff_s_support
and enter your country.
