Hi @Leo,
I understand you would like to know whether MATLAB can integrate with your university’s Single Sign-On (SSO) system to avoid double login. MathWorks does support SSO for eligible academic institutions, allowing users to access MATLAB and related services using their existing university credentials.
You can refer to the below points on how this works and what conditions apply:
  1. MATLAB supports Single Sign-On (SSO) for universities that hold a Campus-Wide or Institute-Wide License integrated with MathWorks.
  2. Users can log in directly with their university credentials, removing the need for a separate MathWorks account login.
  3. The university’s IT or license administrator must configure SSO using SAML or OpenID Connect (OIDC) with the institution’s Identity Provider (IdP).
  4. The first time you run MATLAB on a specific computer, you will be prompted to sign in to your MathWorks Account. Thereafter you can work offline on that computer.
You can refer to the following documentations for more information:
I hope this helps!
