Why is "Embedded Coder Quick Start" launching instead of "AUTOSAR Component Quick Start"?

When following the steps described in the link below, not only does “AUTOSAR Component Quick Start” fail to launch when opening the “AUTOSAR Component Designer” application (as it should), but clicking on “Quick Start” launches “Embedded Coder Quick Start” instead of “AUTOSAR Component Quick Start.”
