Why does the MATLB installer get stuck loading after signing in with my SSO credentials and say my One-Time Password is invalid?

I'm trying to install MATLAB 2025b, and I am having the same issue as someone else whose installer would get stuck after entering SSO credentials. I tried the proposed solution of closing the SSO sign-in pop-up and generating a one-time password. Every time I try this it tells me that the one-time password is invalid.

Hi Gracie,
Please make sure that when you enter the email address prompt (before the SSO and OTP prompt), you enter the exact email address associated with your MathWorks account, since it is common for universities to have alias domains (such as username@domain.edu and username@student.domain.edu being the same end user).
If the issue persists, it is best to contact the MathWorks Support team by calling or creating a support case.
