Working with ANN tool box in Matlab and I have this error message, not sure what going on. Not sure if anyone has experienced this in the past.

Really? The error message tells you that you don't have the same number of training inputs and outputs. Wouldn't the obvious thing to check be the sizes of INPUT and OUTPUT variables that you have supplied?
