How can i get this to simulate.

Ive been tasked with a college group project to simulate a circuit in simulink featuring op amps. We have chose a line following robot found from online( first pic). I have the basic foundation of it done, however for the life of me cannot get it to simulate, with the errors giving me a pleathora of details I cannot figure out. If anyone has any idea or suggestion would be appreciated.

What are the first few errors?

An error occurred during simulation and the simulation was stopped
Caused by:
['CircuitProject/Solver Configuration']: Steady state solve failed to converge.
The model may not give enough information to make it possible to solve for values of some of its variables

I'm not an electrical engineer ... but I noticed the GND connection isn't connected to a ground (electrical reference). could that be why?
Or is that little box marked GND the ground?

Yeah thats an electrical reference, I don't know why the picture didn't show up.

At the moment, I do not see any stages in the IR sensors that take time. You have feedback, but there are no memory blocks, or hold blocks, or rate transition blocks, or anything else that introduce delays. Perhaps I overlooked something, but at the moment it looks to me as if you have an algebraic loop that Simulink would attempt to find the steady-state solution for all at the same time
