Public URL gives errormessage

When I use the public URL, generated in MATLAB visualisations, I'm getting an error message, saying:

Page not working. Thingspeak too many rediredtions.

Remove Cookies

EROR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I get the same error when viewing the Visualisation. However if I edit the Visualisation and then do Save and Run, I get the graph I'm looking for.
