deonising the signal using wavemanu

i am doing 1D signal denoising. if i use wavemanu then can i get the code of it. i want to remove 2D tab from it, and i want to add MSE, PSNR, also thresholding method, so suggest me how to do that. also which threshold value should i select and which factor it is related. thanks in advance.

Hi Jayesh, In R2011b, wavelet and wavelet packet denoising and compression through wavemenu has MATLAB code generation. In other words, you can denoise your signal or image in the GUI and then generate the MATLAB code that implements that at the command line.
