Out of curiosity: is it possible that you have more than one PX4 attached? Or alternately, that you do not have any PX4 attached?

Can you please esnure that you have cloned the correct version of the PX4 firmware (v1.15.4) and validated it in the 'Validate Fimrware' screen?
