Build a 3D volume using using processed(ROI EXTRACTED) slices but I am unable to do it. Can anybody help me to build 3D volume using extracted slices

I have (N) number of DICOM files(Images), I need to extract ROI from all those images and build a 3D volume using those images. Can anyone help me in building 3D volume, I have an error in creating an array of processed images.
