Can not install support package from internet

I have installed Matlab v2013b but I cannot select the support package although the Base product such as 'DSP System Toolbox' and 'Embedded Coder' is present. Attached is the picture of the error message. I am not sure why, but I cannot attached the jpg picture. But it is as what Walter had mentioned, the error message indicated that the Embedded Coder support package for ARM Cortex-M processors cannot be installed because it required Base Product: Embedded Coder. But the Matlab already has that base product which are listed when I typed the 'ver' command at the prompt.

The error message picture did not get attached?

I have not been able to install any support packages for R2014a; MATLAB does get launched but the message comes up that I am missing the base package MATLAB.
