Best way to summarize statistical data

Hello. I want to summarize the statistics of my following data.

The Data Number goes from 1 to 521. (It is a 1x521 structure array with 20 fields. I am only interested in the fields 'Altitude' and 'Speed'.) Since it is a structure array, I am not very familiar with summarizing its statistics. (I am not even sure what it means to summarize statistical data haha).

Can anyone help me on this? Any idea or explanation is greatly appreciated. Thanks!.
