GigE camera is not working properly

I want to use Baumer Txg13 (GigE camera) , but when it starts it works only for 1-2 secs, what is problem in that? how can can i resolve this problem. please do tell how can i make it working properly.

i am using version 2015a , please do tell me , how can i make it working properly and how can i record live video by using this camera?
