The Vienna LTE SL Simulator

Please who can help me? I want to calculate the throughput in wireless system based on location, by calculating their distance from the base station. I have successfully modified the codes to show the regions. Please, I want to change the throughput calculation to calculate throughput for each region instead of the entire cell. and count the number of UE in each region.
