I have cluster the data. Now I have couple of more question. * Q1)How to validate the result I obtained after clustering ? * Q2)How to find the goodness of fit for my clustering ? * Q3) How to find the most dominating variable responsible for the clustering? * Q4)How to calculate the variance explained by the each cluster ? For validation I have found the toolbox But When i run on my machine I donot see run button. My matlab is 8.x version. Has anyone tried this toolbax. If you have tried how you use this tool box please let me know. Thanks a lot in advance.

For validation I have found the toolbox Cluster Validation But When i run on my machine I donot see run button. My matlab is 8.x version. Has anyone tried this toolbax. If you have tried how you use this tool box please let me know. Thanks a lot in advance.
