how to establish a connection of oracle10g database with MATLAB?

how can I add the classpath of ojdbc driver in matlab. It is giving an error of access denied. Also when i have changed the permissions, and have added the path ($matlabroot/dbtools/ojdbc.jar) and saved the changes. still it is showing me the same jdbc not found error.
